✅ Warranty Coverage

The G1 electric golfcart and its charger are covered by a 12-month warranty commencing from the date of purchase. This warranty applies exclusively to newly acquired G1 golfcarts and covers manufacturing defects arising under normal operating conditions. Exclusions include damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse; the warranty is non-transferable, and used golfcarts are not eligible for coverage unless explicitly stated otherwise.

✅ Battery Warranty

The cart’s battery is warranted for 12 months from the date of purchase. In the event of battery failure within this period, a free replacement will be provided.

✅ Accessory Warranty

All accessories, including the remote control and mounting bracket, are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

To initiate warranty service, contact after-sales support and provide a valid purchase invoice or shipping documentation. The after-sales department will assist in diagnosing the issue and, if eligible, dispatch replacement parts free of charge. Note that the warranty term is not reset for replacement parts provided during the original warranty period.

• Retain the original packaging for return shipping;
