Icango caddy and charger are covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use and only applies to new icango caddy. And brakeage caused by accidental damage, or as a result of abuse or misuse, are not covered by the warranty. The warranty is not transferable. Used trolley is not sunject to any warranty unless specifically stated by ourselves.

The batteries are covered by a 12 month warranty. If the battery fails in the first 12 months, it will be replaced free of charge. All accessories are covered from 12 months from the date of purchase. If you required services covered by the warranty, please contact us. Please retain your sales receipt or packing slip for proof to customer. Any parts replaced under the warranty, at no charge, do not carry a new warranty.

In the event, the customer is unable to replace the part themselves, please retain all the original packaging material to return your trolley to repair. All trolleys must be returned in the original packaging. In the event, a replacement part is needed, but not covered by the warranty. The customer will be responsible for all cost.

Icango caddy is water-resistant and safe to use under a light rain condition. However, trolley is not water-proof. The battery and circuit board will die if it goes into a water hazard such as a pond or lake. This is not covered under the warranty plan.

1. Hanging heavy items on handle is not allowed while using trolley;
2. If encounter insurmountable obstacles while using, please move the trolley away;
3. When walking on a steep slope, manual assistance is needed to push and pull at the necessary moment;
4. If you do not use the trolley in winter, please remove the battery and store it in an environment above 10℃ to increase the battery life.

The following events will void the warranty:

·Within Warranty Repairs/Inspection:

• Any alteration performed by non-authorized people or companies.
• Fitting of parts or accessories not recommended by Robera.
• Any damage caused by continued operation of the product after it is known to be defective.
• Damage to the seat and/or seat support bracket on the unit.
• Damage caused by partial or complete ingress of water into the motor/gearbox and other major components.
• Damage caused by the unit being driven into bunkers, other course hazards, or clubhouse and carpark hazards.
• Damage caused by golf balls or golf clubs.
• Application of external force to any part of the unit or battery.
• Fusion of motor or electronics through overload or continual stationary operation.
• All implied warranties [save those preserved by statute] are excluded. Liability for consequential damages under any and all warranties is excluded to the extent exclusion is permitted by law.
